1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "paktoo" or "we" or "us" refers to the operator of the paktoo platform and all associated services.
• "You" or "Player" or "Member" refers to any individual who registers an account, deposits funds, or uses any service provided by paktoo.
• "Account" means the personal betting account registered by you on the paktoo platform.
• "Funds" or "Balance" refers to the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) credit held in your paktoo account.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any stake placed on a sports event, casino game, or other gambling product offered by paktoo.
• "Platform" or "Site" refers to all paktoo websites, mobile applications, and related digital services accessible at paktoo.cam and associated domains.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register and use the paktoo platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. paktoo strictly prohibits underage gambling. Any individual found to be under 21 at the time of account registration will have their account immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• You must be a legal resident of the Republic of Indonesia or physically located in Indonesia at the time of account use. paktoo reserves the right to verify your location through IP address analysis, device geolocation data, and identity documentation.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indonesian law and the laws of your local jurisdiction.
• You must not be legally prohibited from gambling under any applicable law, regulation, or court order.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When registering an account on paktoo, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must not:

• Provide false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or at any time during your use of the platform.
• Register multiple accounts. Each individual is permitted only one account on paktoo. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any funds or winnings may be forfeited.
• Register an account on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account credentials.
• Use automated registration tools, bots, or any software designed to create accounts without human interaction.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

paktoo operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) protocols. Before processing any withdrawal, and at any time during your membership, we may require you to submit identity verification documents including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement or screenshot showing your name and account number matching the deposit/withdrawal method used).
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document alongside a handwritten note stating "paktoo" and the current date.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within seven (7) calendar days of the request may result in temporary account suspension and withdrawal hold until verification is completed. All documents submitted are securely stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Account Security and Verification

3.1 Password and Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You agree to:

• Create a strong, unique password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Never share your account credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or individuals claiming to represent paktoo customer support.
• Immediately notify paktoo support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when accessing paktoo from shared or public devices.

paktoo will never ask you to disclose your password via email, telephone, or live chat. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately to [email protected].

3.2 Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

paktoo strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security. When 2FA is activated, you will be required to enter a time-based one-time password (TOTP) generated by an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator or Authy) in addition to your username and password when logging in. This additional layer of security protects your account from unauthorized access even if your password is compromised.

3.3 Unauthorized Account Activity

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact paktoo support immediately. We will investigate the matter, but you remain liable for any losses incurred before you notify us of the security breach. paktoo is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account if such unauthorized use occurred due to your failure to secure your credentials adequately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

paktoo accepts deposits via the following Indonesian banks and e-wallets: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) only. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, although large deposits may trigger additional identity verification procedures under our AML policy.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via Indonesian bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your paktoo account within 60 seconds during standard banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours may take longer to process depending on your bank's processing schedule. paktoo does not charge any fees for deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees at their discretion.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals may be requested at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.
• You must have completed identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the wagering conditions are met. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 2–4 hours during business hours (WIB). VIP members (Gold tier and above) receive priority processing with most withdrawals completed in under 30 minutes.

paktoo reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced due diligence checks on large withdrawals or withdrawals deemed unusual or suspicious under our AML monitoring protocols. Withdrawals may be delayed or denied if we have reasonable grounds to believe the funds originate from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

To prevent money laundering and terrorist financing, paktoo requires that all deposits be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal. For example, if you deposit Rp 500.000, you must place wagers totaling at least Rp 500.000 before requesting a withdrawal. This requirement applies to all funds, including bonus-free deposits. Players attempting to use paktoo solely for fund transfers without genuine gambling activity will have their accounts flagged and may face permanent closure.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

paktoo offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published on the paktoo promotions page at the time the bonus is claimed. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by both these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms applicable to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses carry wagering (rollover) requirements before funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiple of the combined deposit plus bonus amount. For example, a welcome bonus with a 30× wagering requirement on a Rp 500.000 deposit + Rp 500.000 bonus (Rp 1.000.000 total) requires Rp 30.000.000 in total wagers before withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms (typically 30 days). Failure to meet the requirement within the validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.3 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. Typical contribution rates are:

• Slots and crash games (Aviator, Spaceman, etc.): 100% contribution
• Live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, etc.): 10–20% contribution
• Sports betting: contribution varies by odds; bets with odds below 1.50 may contribute 0%

Specific contribution rates for each promotion are published on the promotion detail page. Always review these rates before claiming a bonus to ensure you understand how your preferred games contribute toward wagering completion.

5.4 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

paktoo reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts if we detect bonus abuse patterns including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly.
• Using betting strategies designed to exploit bonuses with minimal risk (e.g., opposite-side betting on live casino, low-margin arbitrage on sports).
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.
• Depositing, claiming a bonus, and immediately requesting withdrawal without genuine gameplay.

Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, may be required to return previously withdrawn bonus-related funds, and will be permanently banned from future paktoo promotions.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 Sportsbook Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on paktoo are subject to the official rules published in the paktoo sportsbook help section. Key principles include:

• Bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the governing sports body (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, PSSI). Disputes over results are resolved using official match data from recognized providers.
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise stated in the market-specific rules. For example, in football, if a match is abandoned after 70 minutes, most markets will stand because the majority of play was completed.
• Asian handicap (voor bola) and Over/Under bets follow standard industry rules. paktoo uses the 0.5-goal increment system. Consult the help section for clarification on half-goal and quarter-goal handicap lines.
• Live in-play betting is offered with dynamic odds that update in real time. Bets placed during live betting are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment you confirm your wager. If the odds change before you confirm, you must accept the new odds to proceed.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win. If any selection loses, the entire parlay is lost. If a selection is voided (e.g., postponed match), that leg is removed from the parlay and odds are recalculated accordingly.

6.2 Casino Game Rules

All slot games, live casino games, and other casino products offered on paktoo are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) audited by independent testing laboratories such as eCOGRA, iTech Labs, and GLI. paktoo does not control, manipulate, or have advance knowledge of game outcomes. All casino games display their Return to Player (RTP) percentage in the game information panel. Players are responsible for reviewing game rules and payout structures before playing.

6.3 Disconnections and Technical Issues

If your internet connection is interrupted or you experience a technical issue during gameplay, the following rules apply:

• For slot games and RNG-based casino games: the round continues to completion on the server side. When you reconnect, you will see the result of the interrupted round and your balance will reflect any win or loss that occurred.
• For live dealer casino games: if you disconnect mid-hand, the dealer will complete the hand according to standard rules (e.g., in Blackjack, your hand will stand; in Baccarat, the shoe plays out automatically). You are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection.
• For sports betting: once a bet is confirmed and appears in your bet history, it stands regardless of subsequent disconnection. If you lose connection before confirming a bet, the bet is not placed.

paktoo is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, internet outages, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control. However, if a widespread platform malfunction affects multiple players and is determined to be caused by paktoo's systems, we will investigate and may void affected bets or provide fair compensation at our discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on paktoo and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Collusion and fraud: Working with other players to manipulate outcomes, share information to gain unfair advantage, or engage in any form of cheating.
• Use of bots or automated software: Employing software, scripts, or bots to place bets, scrape odds data, or automate gameplay in any form.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting odds discrepancies between paktoo and other platforms to guarantee profit with zero risk.
• Chip dumping: Deliberately losing funds to another player in poker or other peer-to-peer games to transfer money.
• Abusive behavior: Harassing, threatening, or using offensive language toward paktoo staff or other players via chat, email, or any communication channel.
• Money laundering: Using paktoo to launder proceeds of crime or conduct transactions intended solely to obscure the source of funds.

If paktoo reasonably suspects you are engaging in any prohibited conduct, we reserve the right to freeze your account, withhold withdrawals, and cooperate with law enforcement authorities as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, paktoo and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or emotional distress.
• Any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain password security.
• Any interruption or suspension of service caused by technical failures, maintenance, third-party attacks (DDoS, hacking), or events beyond our reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from errors or inaccuracies in odds, game results, or payout calculations, provided we rectify such errors promptly and fairly.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of paktoo shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension by paktoo

paktoo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. Reasons for suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Being underage (under 21 years old).
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, collusion, or other prohibited conduct.
• Requesting chargebacks or payment reversals after depositing funds.
• Failing to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.

If your account is terminated, any remaining balance may be forfeited if the termination is due to breach of these Terms. If the termination is not due to breach on your part, we will return any legitimate remaining balance after deducting any amounts owed to paktoo.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting paktoo support at [email protected]. Once closure is requested, we will process your remaining balance for withdrawal (subject to standard verification and wagering requirements) and permanently close your account within five (5) business days. Voluntary closure is distinct from self-exclusion for responsible gaming purposes — if you are closing your account due to problem gambling concerns, please inform us so we can apply a permanent self-exclusion block. 10. Intellectual Property

All content on the paktoo platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game interfaces, and audiovisual materials, is the property of paktoo or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any paktoo content without prior written permission.
• Use paktoo trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used on the paktoo platform.
• Frame or mirror any paktoo content on another website.

Unauthorized use of paktoo intellectual property may result in legal action and claims for damages.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to your use of paktoo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Indonesia.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between you and paktoo, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting paktoo support at [email protected]. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your complaint within fourteen (14) business days. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate the dispute to formal mediation or arbitration as provided under Indonesian law. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against paktoo.

11.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
